Summer Studio News
Dear Friends,
Summer is in full swing, and it has been a season filled with exciting creative projects, community connection, and continuous learning. I’m thrilled to share a few updates on what’s been happening behind the scenes—and what’s coming up next!
Featured project
Nature, Art, Spiderwebs
This summer holds a project that is especially close to my heart. Over the past few months, I’ve had the absolute joy of collaborating with my Grandfather on a brand-new book: Nature, Art, Spiderwebs: Discovering Curious Optics in Nature.
Together, we’ve been exploring the fascinating optical properties of spiderwebs—how light interacts with silk structures to create stunning colors and unexpected beauty.
This has been a labor of joy and a genuine family affair with multiple family members contributing along the way. Working across generations has been unforgettable. We are excited to share that physical copies will be available at our local bookstore very soon! Keep an eye out for our official launch announcement.

Spotlighting Elisa Purdie
If you haven't checked out the website recently, I just published a new blog post sharing takeaways from hearing Elisa Purdie speak at the Women Soar Higher Beach Party.
In the post, I share how applying her strategies transformed my online growth—and how continuing education, strong graphic design, and a supportive network go hand in hand.

🗓️ Upcoming Event
Giving Back to Our Community
Mark your calendars! The 2026 Women Soar Higher Event is right around the corner this September. It’s always an incredible gathering of inspiring speakers, powerful networking, and community empowerment. I can't wait to connect with many of you there! Community support is everything, and staying involved locally remains a core value for me. Here are more opportunities to connect:
Mentoring: I’m proud to continue volunteering as a mentor with BEAMSB.com, supporting local entrepreneurs and creative minds as they build and scale their ideas.
Free LIVE Co-Design Sessions: Need quick feedback on a layout, visual design, or branding ideas? Drop by my free Monday sessions! Tips are welcome, but never expected—just bring your questions and let's brainstorm.
Thank you, as always, for being part of this journey. Whether we connect in a LIVE video session, at the September event, or over a copy of the new book, I appreciate your support!
Warmly,
All the best,
Mitra Cline
