Fall Update from ForEverBird

I always like to refresh my brand extra early in the fall—well before the busy wave hits when my clients get inspired to launch their own projects! Thanks to a particularly special week, I got a head start on organizing my latest updates, starting with a complete photo refresh across foreverbird.com!

Fresh New Look: Behind the Scenes

My new site photos come courtesy of local photographer Michelle Lee Photography, shot during a lovely lunch in the Rose Garden at the iconic Santa Barbara Mission, organized by Alisa Purdie.

Working with Michelle was an absolute joy. As we explored the grounds for photo spots, she asked insightful questions about my business and my design approach. My goal with these new photos was to convey the playful yet professional quality of my services. I truly believe that a low-stress, playful environment yields the best creative work!

While my core strength lies in partnering with clients who are launching something new, rebranding, or tackling one-of-a-kind creative projects, I also provide sleek production visual design that is both professional and efficient.

Take a look around the website and let me know what you think of the new photos!

Celebrating the 5th Annual Women Soar Higher Event

I’m thrilled to report that this year’s Women Soar Higher Event was a resounding success!

In addition to design support, I built a brand-new website for the organization and created elevated Instagram reels for our social media marketing. Thanks to a press release picked up by several local publications, we welcomed over 90 participants this year.

What inspired me most were the connections and vibrant conversations throughout the day. Highlights included:

  • Sam Bear, our volunteer MC—a comedian recently named one of the South Coast Times Top 40 Under 40.

  • Marie Drdla, our talented event photographer.

  • Glimmer Wish, our headline speakers who famously secured two deals on Shark Tank.

  • Custom Keepsakes: I had the pleasure of designing 5 inspirational keepsake cards given to every guest.

Our panel offered deeply moving perspectives around performance, healing, and listening to the body:

  • Dr. Jean Stultz integrated clinical psychology with research on trauma, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, and body-oriented healing (including EMDR).

  • Laura Donahue shared how she uses Astrology, Human Design, and Tarot as coaching tools to help clients align with career, relationship, and personal success.

  • Erika Lilley, a passionate athletic coach, inspired us with her commitment to guiding athletes at all levels toward their personal best.

Looking Ahead to Winter: Creative Feminine Wisdom

This winter, I am excited to attend a certificate course at Pacifica Graduate Institute titled Goddess Makers in the Marketplace: Creative Feminine Wisdom for Culture-Shaping Careers.

Focusing on the feminine is deeply inclusive of everyone—the fathers, husbands, brothers, and co-workers in our collective family who want to champion values like deep connection and care for all living beings. I look forward to connecting with more incredible people during this course!

A Harvest Thought for the Season

As we enter this season of harvest, I invite you to consider how the bounty of autumn connects to the abundance of the earth—and to your own capacity to create. What new ideas or products are you ready to bring into the world in a sustainable, mutually beneficial way?

If you're ready to start shaping your next big idea, reach out to collaborate today.
